Return Eligibility

- The item was delivered within the last 30 days
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags are included
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Return Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- YueDesk is not responsible for returns lost in transit
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like to exchange a product (for a different size or style), please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal)
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval
Processing time may vary depending on PayPal.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact PayPal for further information
- Contact us if the issue persists
Important Notes
- Returns must be approved before sending items back
